Wedding Packages
 
Lily Package – “Day of” Service - $1000
This is our "day of" package for the couple that only needs help a month prior to your wedding; coordinating and directing the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception.

Pre-wedding
  • Includes 2 meetings and unlimited phone, texts and email correspondence.
  • Coordinators provide couple with wedding timeline checklist, vendor and bridal party blank forms for couple to complete and return to coordinators 2 weeks prior to wedding.
  • Meet to view reception site and wedding site.
  • Direct and coordinate wedding rehearsal, including wedding processional and recessional, as well as processional lineup.
  • Instruct any ushers, hosts or hostesses on their role in wedding.
 
Wedding Ceremony
  • Coordinate with vendors making sure they are setup according to wedding plan of couple.
  • Ensure all placement and lighting of wedding items like candles, ceremony sand.
  • Assist the bride and attendants during dressing for the ceremony if needed.
  • Cue any music that will be played (DJ, live performers, pianist etc).
  • Place and tend to guestbook and distribute programs to guests.
  • Distribute and pin corsages and boutonniere s on wedding party.
  • Direct wedding ceremony as practiced at rehearsal from start to finish.
  • Direct wedding party to taking pictures or other post wedding activity.
  • Collect all small decorations (aisle runner, pew bows, tulle etc.) for disposal.
 
Wedding Reception
  • Direct all reception events including: hosting reception (optional), first dance garter/bouquet toss, etc).
  • Making sure all guest are properly seated via name cards/rsvp list. We will adhere to couples wishes to handle guests who did not rsvp.
  • Ensure reception itinerary is followed and adjusting to adhere to time permitted for reception.
  • Distribute any vendor payments to vendors owed.
  • Pack up any personal items of couple as and give to designated person
 
 
Orchid Package - $1500
This is an inclusive package for the couple that needs help planning the wedding from beginning to end. It includes all services listed in the Lily Package.
 
Prewedding: 
  • Initial meeting to discuss vision and plans for wedding day.
  • Unlimited meetings, phone, texts and emails.
  • Vender services including: vendor referrals, schedule and attending vendor meetings, reviewing vendor contracts, vendor confirmations.
  • Budget monitoring to help you stay within budget.
  • Assist with selecting ordering and sending invitations, save the dates, programs etc.
  • Organize R.S.V.P’s  and assist with seating and table arrangements.
  • Unlimited site visits to wedding and reception sites.
  • Wedding /Reception etiquette advice.
  • Design and décor ideas.
  • Coordinate out of town guest hotel accommodations.
  • Create wedding day timeline and distribute to couple and all vendors.
  • Direct and coordinate wedding rehearsal, processional and recessional.
  • Monthly updates on budget, planning process and to do lists.
 
Wedding Ceremony: 
  • Ensure all vendors are setup according to wedding plan.

Wedding Reception: 
  • Direct all reception events including: hosting reception, first dance, garter/bouquet toss, cake cutting etc.
  • Ensure all guests are properly seated per seating chart or guestlist.
  • We will adhere to couples wishes to handle guests who did not R.S.V.P.
  • Ensure reception itinerary is followed and adjusted to adhere to time frame permitted for reception.
  • Distribute any vendor payments to vendors owed.
  • Pack up any small personal items of couple and give to designated person (guestbook, cardbox, bouquet, cake topper etc).
 
Unfortunately…
  • We DO NOT setup or clean up unless you have selected that “add-on”.
  • We DO NOT pick or deliver any vendor items.
  • We DO NOT do any serving of food, beverages etc.
  • We DO NOT offer any cake cutting services.

A la carte add-on’s: 
In addition to the services offered in your package, Divine Possibilities, LLC will provide the following additional services.  If services are added after contract has been signed a new service contract will be provided to include additional services, and you will be billed with the due date of entire balance being 24 hours before date of event.
 
Table Setup: 
Full Table Setup: linens, dinnerware, centerpiece placement, table decorations, chair covers, favor placement - $10 per table.

Partial Table Setup:  tablecloths, chair covers, place centerpieces, place favors - $7 per table.

Basic Table Setup: place centerpieces and favors - $5 per table. 
 
Cleanup: (Starting at $200 depending on size of event)
